Refer a friend programme
Due to the large percentage clients of Filneto’s new clients which are being referred by existing Filneto PermAssist members, Filneto Group has launched a referral reward programme. This gives the company the opportunity to say thank you and to encourage clients to keep on spreading the good word.
For every person recommended who buys a property, bonus points are credited to the existing client’s card which can be credited against the cost of Filneto’s products and services within a pre-agreed deadline.

How it works?
The client simply informs the Filneto Group of the contact details of their friend or family member who is interested in viewing property. This can be done by sending an e-mail to info@filneto.com or by calling +351 967 012 442. The person referred is then offered a viewing trip (subsidised travel and accommodation for the purpose of viewing Filneto property). If a purchase is formally agreed, the existing client will receive bonus points based upon a percentage of the purchase price of the property.
